TVSFPE Chapter Meeting 4/4/2024

TVSFPE will be meeting Thursday (4/4/2024) at Mimi's Café in Turkey Creek:  https://www.mimiscafe.com/locations/knoxville/

The meeting will be from 6pm to 8pm. John Woycheese from Jensen Hughes will present on Fire Pumps: The Devil in the Details. The presentation will cover the impact of design on fire pump acceptance; observed failures throughout pump life; and maintaining pumps through their useful lives. Time permitting, John will touch on the impact of the 2017 NFPA 25 modifications (carried through to the present) that changed pump acceptance significantly.

A social hour will be held between 5pm and 6pm.
